    Our current public focus is LCC Organic certified Liberian single-origin cocoa for Canadian craft chocolatiers. Product fit, certification status, documentation, and chain-of-custody all need to be clear before we represent a supply relationship.

  • How does Quality Roots earn money?

    We earn a brokerage commission on completed transactions only. The standard range is 5 to 8 percent of the FOB transaction value, agreed in writing before any transaction is brokered. Our incentive is aligned with yours: we are paid when a successful trade is completed.

  • Does Quality Roots work with buyers or sellers, or both?

    Both sides matter. On the Canadian side, we work with craft chocolatiers seeking traceable Liberian cocoa. On the Liberian side, we work through relationships with cocoa farmers, cooperatives, and in-country partners who understand the land and the supply base.
